Greenfield Cemetery (1842)
Located at 650 Nassau Road in Uniondale, New York, Greenfield Cemetery is one of Long Island’s largest and most historically significant cemeteries. Spanning 158 acres and containing more than 100,000 graves, it serves as the final resting place for generations of Nassau County residents. The cemetery is owned and operated by the Town of Hempstead and continues to provide burial services for town residents.
